TERMS OF AUTHORIZATION

Authorization: The Owner hereby grants full authority to NFL Real Estate L L C, represented by , at NFL Real Estate L L C (Emirates ID: )

to handle all matters related to the sale, lease, management, and any other transaction involving the above-mentioned property.

Scope of Authority: NFL Real Estate L L C shall have the exclusive right to:

Compliance with UAE Laws: All transactions conducted by NFL Real Estate L L C under this agreement shall comply with:
- UAE Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Laws
- Dubai Land Department (DLD) Regulations
- UAE Civil Code and other applicable real estate laws.
Indemnification: The Owner agrees to indemnify and hold NFL Real Estate L L C harmless from any legal claims or disputes arising due to misrepresentation or undisclosed liabilities concerning the property.
Duration & Termination: This authorization is valid for a period of from the date of signing unless revoked in writing by either party with a notice.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction under the Dubai Courts.
